Samy Elgazzar
 Composer, Orchestrator, Producer

Samy received a B. M. in Composition from Berklee College of Music with honors and a Youth Concerts at Symphony Hall award. He also holds a Master of Music in Songwriting with Distinction from Bath Spa University. Since 1998, he leads a successful career as an orchestrator/arranger, and is specialized in orchestral arrangements and re-orchestrations. He has sat in with a wide range of international artists, arranging and orchestrating songs and large scale classical pieces. His work have been performed by numerous orchestras and ensembles in major concert halls and festivals in Europe, USA, and Israel. His recording projects have been released by major and independent record labels, such as BMG, Universal, Polydor, Legend, etc. Samy’s orchestration services were commissioned by diverse organizations: the Special Olympics, Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople, National Theater of Northern Greece, etc. His instrumental music was awarded and commended in song contests, and gained much success and favorable reviews from Europe, USA and Canada. He has a 20 years experience as a music copyist. In 1997 he founded ScoreMasters®, a team of professional copyists, which today offers a multitude of music production services. Samy is equally a successful music educator. Since 1993, he has been teaching classical and contemporary theory and music technology in several conservatories. Due his professional obligations, he currently teaches privately only. He is affiliated with BMI and AEPI.
